Extremely rare footage of a blue whale nursing its calf, as captured recently off the California coast. “Blue whales nurse all the time but everything happens under water. We don’t get to see many blue whales and their calves in the first place. To see a blue whale and a calf nursing, everything has to come together perfectly.”
