And now a brief chat with a new Sustaining Member, Travis D.!

Travis, hi! Thanks so much for becoming a member of Team TMN! It’s long, long, long overdue.

How long is long? When did you start reading? I think I found you via k10k or dreamless or the like in the late '90s or early 2000s, and probably you (and Gary the rock star) are partially responsible for my moving to Brooklyn back then. It was long before I had this Gmail address, this much I know. I think I’ve even submitted a bug report or two along the way.

Wow, that's incredible. Any particular reason you decided to join the team? It’s pretty bleak for media right now, and you’re a bright spot. I was gifted The Onion, and I realized your survival is at least as important. And that doesn’t even really account for The Rooster being my primary source of fiction. Thank you for all that you do!

👨‍🎤  For real, folks, we love our supporters, they're how we're able to do this thing. Please consider supporting what we do—and thank you!
