The Associated Press ‘reported’ the following in Salon Magazine:

Cindy Crawford prefers ‘smart,’ Jennifer Lopez prefers ‘sexy’

Jan. 3, 2001 | NEW YORK – When asked whether she prefers to be described as smart or sexy, Jennifer Lopez chose the latter.

‘I have a very curvaceous body and I like to accentuate that; feminine clothes, things that make me feel sexy,’ Lopez says in the February issue of Marie Claire magazine that hit newsstands Tuesday. The 30-year-old actress-singer appears on the cover with Matthew McConaughey, her co-star in the upcoming film ‘The Wedding Planner.’

Also voting for sexy: actress Charlize Theron and rapper Lil’ Kim.

Lara Flynn Boyle, Teri Hatcher and Cindy Crawford prefer to be described as smart.

Okay, just to keep all that straight: Lopez, Theron, Lil’ Kim – sexy; Boyle, Hatcher, Crawford – smart.

But what about Matthew McConaughey? Could he want to be smart and sexy? My god, Matthew, you can’t have it all! Oh, the cruel price of fame!!
