A surprise for listeners of "The Test Kitchen," Sruthi Pinnamaneni's Reply-All investigation into the toxic workplace culture of Bon Appétit: Pinnamaneni and Reply-All co-host PJ Vogt are stepping away from the show for creating their own toxic workplace culture.
You can start with Eric Edding's thread here:
Last week I got an email from Sruthi about Reply All’s Test Kitchen series. I had been avoiding listening but once I did I felt gaslit. The truth is RA and specifically PJ and Sruthi contributed to a near identical toxic dynamic at Gimlet. This will be a longer thread, apologies.

Or just jump to a summary from Vulture:
Shortly after the release of its second episode, Reply All seems to be going through a reckoning of its own. On Wednesday evening, Gimlet managing director Lydia Polgreen sent out an internal email announcing that Sruthi Pinnamaneni, the show’s longtime senior reporter who was leading “The Test Kitchen,” was stepping back from the miniseries immediately, while P.J. Vogt, Reply All’s founding co-host, had asked to take a leave of absence from the show as a whole.
