When installed the service puts a few icons on your browser, including a thumbs up, a thumbs down, and a button labeled "Stumble"; click the latter and you'll be taken to a web site randomly selected from the most highly rated on the web. And the more sites you rate, the better it gets at picking destinations you'll like. It's enough to make a guy actually enjoy surfing the web again.
